At Wishes & Wares, every keepsake is handcrafted and uniquely designed to preserve your most cherished memories. Because of the custom and personal nature of our work, we’ve outlined our policies below to ensure clarity, care, and peace of mind throughout your journey with us.

🌸 Refund Policy

Custom Orders Are Non-Refundable
Each Wishes & Wares keepsake is one-of-a-kind, carefully crafted with artistry. Once your order has been started (materials gathered, flowers arranged, or resin poured), we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

24-Hour Grace Period
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of submitting your Custom Order Form for a full refund. After this window, work may have already begun on your heirloom.

Our Commitment to Quality
If your keepsake arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly arrange a repair or replacement to make things right.

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via priority or express services with tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.

Flower & Keepsake Shipping Instructions
After submitting your Custom Order Form, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to prepare and send us your flowers or keepsakes for preservation.

• For fresh flowers: Ship overnight or priority to prevent wilting.

• For dried or artificial flowers: Package carefully with padding to avoid crushing.

Processing Times
Because every piece is custom-made, please allow 6–12 weeks from the time we receive your materials for your keepsake to be completed and shipped. You’ll receive photo updates throughout the process so you can watch your heirloom take shape.

Shipping Costs
We’re pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all keepsake orders within the U.S.

• Each keepsake is handmade and may include small variations, bubbles, or texture that are part of the artistry and process.

• Customers are responsible for following provided shipping instructions for sending flowers or materials. We are not liable for damage or loss caused during transit to our studio.

• Turnaround times are estimates and may vary during busy seasons or due to the complexity of your piece.
